Our motor rotor shafts are manufactured from high-strength alloy or carbon steel and machined by precision CNC turning and grinding to ensure tight dimensional tolerances and excellent concentricity. Critical bearing seats and rotor fitting areas are strictly controlled for optimal interference fit, low vibration, and stable high-speed operation. Heat treatment is applied as required to enhance hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. Customized production is available according to drawings or samples.
